A dynamic jazz quartet can really bring your event to life – whether performing in a jazz club, a reception event where guests are socializing, or a concert hall, our eclectic jazz musicians always cater to the dynamics of the event – but we also strive to convey a special ambiance with our artistry. Our extensive song list pays homage to the jazz legends, and we also take pride in our contemporary arrangements.

Our Chicago Jazz Band comes in several flavors – with the core combo of piano, upright acoustic bass and drums, you can choose the forth lead voice: female jazz vocal, tenor sax, trumpet, guitar, other instrumental options, and larger jazz ensemble options, including jazz big band. Our jazz musicians are established, reliable pros you can trust for your event. Also, our groups are cohesive ensembles, having played together extensively. Our combos have performed for hundreds of special events at Navy Pier and across Chicago land, we can be seen regularly in clubs such as the Green Dolphin Street, as well as The Chicago Cultural Center.

Jazz Vocal Quartet

– Featuring Ebonie Taylor
(with a piano, upright bass and drums). Ebonie is a captivating, world class vocalist whose credits range from R. Kelly to Ko Ko Taylor, and with her Gospel and Blues foundation she performs soulful, dynamic renditions of jazz standards such as How High the Moon (Ella Fitzgerald), Love Is Here to Stay (Sarah Vaughan), Summertime and The Look of Love (Diana Krall) as well as creative contemporary arrangements including Nora Jones and Anita Baker selections. Ebonie is also a wonderful hostess, and, as a group, our quartet's are fun, spontaneous, tastefully interactive, and add a special ambiance to any club or event.

Jazz Vocal Quartet

– Featuring Kari Keillor
(with a piano, upright bass and drums). Kari is a versatile vocal stylist, and sings a well rounded variety of jazz standards, latin, and contemporary arrangements, performing with the intimacy and artistry of Chicago's finest jazz veterans. Kari's unique and eclectic style pays homage to the the earlier jazz masters, including Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James and Rosemary Clooney, also, blues and gospel influences ranging from Aretha Franklin to Christina Augulera. Additionally, Kari and the quartet convey their soulful renditions of pop standards ranging from Stevie Wonder to Nora Jones selections.

Tenor Sax Quartet

– Featuring Milton Ware
(with a piano, upright bass and drums). Our sax quartet pays tribute to the jazz legends that helped create this marvelous American art form, including popular standards by Charlie Parker, Dexter Gordon and John Coltrane to name a few. Our quartet is a polished cohesive group, and we strive to perform creative, sophisticated renditions of jazz classics, and convey the soulfulness to our audience. Our sax quartet is also quite versatile, and we also enjoy performing various latin/ jazz salsa styles, contemporary/ pop arrangements, and funky jazz.
